  Pros: One price for food & open bar incl tax and tip; venue set up was really nicely; meat-eaters liked the food and it seemed like there was a good quantity; set up our ceremony free of charge. Cons: TONS of promises made that were never delivered on; sales rep was really flakey (NEVER knew who I was when I called even though we had met twice - bailed on TWO meetings last minute!) and promised many things that did not happen even tho we had emails and a contract; CONTRACT was NOT FULFILLED - they did not deliver on a huge part of the reception (pre-dinner drinks and appetizers) and when we addressed it, the owner was very unprofessional (listing off things that WE did wrong and "extras" they threw in) - the refund they gave us for this mistake was one-tenth what it should have been - as it was a pkg deal and didn't have a breakdown of the cost, we couldn't get what we were owed; the bar set up was really cheesy and more suitable for a company picnic than a wedding; vegetarian meals were completely raw - we had tons of vegetarians so it was kind of embarrassing. Overall, we felt like the company was all talk and no show - they knew we'd never be having another wedding again so why bother with customer loyalty? Would I recommend these caterers - not if you are relying on them to deliver what they say they will in the contract!
