  Number 1 recommendation to anyone who's looking for good Za. I get the party tray sometimes, just plan ahead and call 1 hour and I usually pick up. Recently started just buying slices. Usually quick, convenient, and worth the money. Nevermind the staff, I just grab my order and go.

  Pizza is very good however, you will have a lot of trouble calling in. Minimum dial attempts one after another on a week night is 15times for us. On a weekend, we usually can't get through at all so we had to give up and go elsewhere. If you do manage to get through, expect about a 50min wait to get your pizza which is longer than any other in the area. It's too bad these guys can't fix the wait time and phone issue. It is surely hampering revenue but maybe they don't care to improve their bottom line. We still try them first because the pizza is good. They should really just implement an online order system.   Ironically, I've never had pizza from Rose City. However the sandwhiches are very good, love the steak sandwhich, thinly sliced meat, perfectly roasted red peppers and onions, great price. One small con, the wait, call ahead.

  love this pizza! If i'm getting pizza in welland, it is from rose city. I crave it all the time. Slice and pop combos are cheap.
