  I wish Dave Thomas was still alive. The food was better. Welland location on Niagara Street is ok but over priced. Staff is somewhat friendly. Drive thru wait is minimal so good job there. The burgers arent very good. The fries are so over salted. They are gross. 3 stars.

  Hit or miss! Guess it depends who is working, not sure but the food is not consistent and whenever I ask for the receipt, I never get it.

  Absolutely worst fast food service recovery experience. No toppings on friends burger and barely even ketchup. Noticed at home and put my own veg on for him. Called the store and manager told me to bring in the burger to get another one. My bf wanted a burger later that evening and we went in and exagerated that we want his burger with the pickle and onion whole shebang. Then told our polite server the experience our friend had thru drive thru. She told us that there were several mistakes through drive through and that those customers were reimpmbursed. The manager we called had nothing to offer. I'm not one to write a review unless I truly felt this was handled the wrong way.
